The Senior Project Manager is responsible for leading teams to deliver project(s) that span across one or more business units. The candidate will manage resources, schedules, financials and adhere to stage gate guidelines throughout the life cycle. This also includes management of issues, risks and project change requests to ensure successful and on-time project delivery. Additionally, they will contribute to process improvement initiatives as it relates to improving project delivery.
The Senior Project Manager has the authority to run the project on a day-to-day basis to include verifying that the project produces the required deliverables of quality, within the specified constraints of time and cost and to achieve the potential benefits defined in the business case.
The Field Service Technician is familiar and able to diagnose and repair any system or problem that may occur for any of the equipment the company services. The Field Service Technician works independently and has a very high-level ability to inspect and service customer equipment assuring product performance, addresses and resolves questions and problems regarding products, and conducts training and service programs in the operation and maintenance of products. The Field Technician is very knowledgeable in electrical and mechanical processes. The Senior Mechanical Design Engineer is responsible to lead the team responsible to design, optimize and troubleshoot the systems sold and installed by Hastings Air Energy Control, Inc. under the guidance of the Director, Operations. The Senior Mechanical Design Engineer will support the conceptual stage, solution design, product selection, estimating of order entry, manufacturing/procurement, project management, installation and post-installation service or support, taking into account budgeting and operational considerations. The Senior Mechanical Design Engineer will work closely with sales, project management and the customer to apply and adapt product to provide the optimum air cleaning system given the specific application. This position is responsible to create a work environment that is conducive to teamwork and strong professional development. The Senior Mechanical Design Engineer will be responsible to implement processes resulting in accurate bill of materials and “one uninterrupted time” installations.
Sales engineers are responsible for the sale of industrial air filtration equipment within your district, either directly to end-users, or through the management of mechanical contractors, and other sales organizations you set up.
The Sales Engineer must have the ability to develop a territory, maintain existing accounts, and analyze a client’s needs to identify the best possible solution. The ideal candidate has a minimum of 3 years in industrial or technical sales, project management experience, and the ability/willingness to travel.

The primary business objective of the role is to maximize intelligence and efficiencies within sales & marketing.

This position will be involved with the design and development of air filtration systems. The engineer will own and be responsible for the design, development, testing, and implementation of mechanical, pneumatic and electrical components and design changes.
We are looking for someone with a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering with 3-5 years automation engineering experience. The candidate must have experience using CAD programs, including SolidWorks along with an understanding of IoT and Industry 4.0 devices.
The Regional Sales Manager has experience working with distributors, representatives, customers and OEM’s in the industrial air filtration industry or other related field. They will provide sales support to representatives, distributors, dealers and direct OEM customers for IVEC’s air cleaning equipment and system optimization Controls. Knowledge of general manufacturing and air filtration processes along with knowledge of automation, controls, and sensors.
We are looking for a candidate with a bachelor’s degree, 5+ years experience of sales/management experience in the industrial air cleaning, dust collection, and/or automation controls industry, and experience with system design/layout and the ability to apply ventilation system measuring tools & calculations.
Reporting to the Engineering Manager, the Electrical Engineer will be involved with the design and development of air filtration systems. The Electrical Engineer will own and be responsible for the design, development, testing, and implementation of controls for new and existing products.
Responsible for evaluating existing processes and configuring manufacturing systems to reduce cost, improve sustainability and develop best practices within the production process.
