Gauges and Tools Used to Properly Design Air Cleaning Systems

Item Description
Magnehelic Gauge The Magnehelic gauge is the industry standard to measure fan and blower pressures, filter resistance, air velocity, furnace draft, pressure drop across orifice plates, liquid levels with bubbler systems and pressures in fluid amplifier or fluidic systems.
Pitot Tube Pitot tubes measure the flowing velocity of fluids. It functions like a differential pressure (d/p) flow meter, a pitot tube measures two pressures: the static and the total impact pressure.
Digital Pyrometer Pyrometers provide accurate, real-time temperature measurements for process control applications spanning metals, plastics, glass, oil and gas, food and more.
Dual Laser Infrared Thermometer A dual laser infrared thermometer is a non-contact temperature sensing meter. Its dual lasers define the outside edges of the area and measure the temperature.
Manometer A manometer is a measuring instrument which measures the pressure in a confined space of a fluid or gas.
Gas Alert Quattro Gas Detector The Quattro detector measures the following levels: Hydrogen Sulfide, Carbon Monoxide, Methane Cure and Oxygen.
Insulation Tester Megohmmeters, or insulation testers, are electrical meters used to determine the condition of the insulation on wire and motor windings.
Ozone Monitor and Controller The Ozone Monitor is designed for continuous real-time detecting and monitoring of ambient ozone in the air.
Digital Photoelectric Tachometer A photoelectric tachometer uses light for measuring the speed of rotation of a shaft or disc of machines.
Sound Level Meter A sound level meter is used for assessing noise in work environments, basic environmental measurements, entertainment noise, construction noise, and vehicle noise.
Anemometer An anemometer is an instrument that measures wind speed and wind pressure.
Fluke Power Quality Analyzer Fluke's PQA's troubleshoot issues with power distribution. You can take energy assessments, load studies, calculate fiscal costs of energy waste and more.
RAM Unit RAM technology generates highly active surface disturbances between the materials, greatly multiplying the interface area between them speeding and improving the mixing efficiency and quality.
Ethernet Tester Network testers are devices that can be used to check network cables and network connections in the Ethernet.
