Uses. Mist collectors are available to collect mist from both oil-based and water-based coolants used in machining operations. Oil mist collectors filter oil mist, smoke, machining dust, grinding particulate, and fumes.

Features. Hastings Air Energy Control offers oil mist collectors and water-based mist collectors with exceptional energy efficiency and coolant recovery. Compact mist collectors may be mounted directly to the machine, or a central free-hanging or floor-mounted mist collector may be ducted to multiple machining centers.
